Nokia Lumia 1020, yes as everyone knows this phone is famous for its camera, the 41 MP camera with the Pureview sensor, which is having the twice the sensor size than what is in the iPhone 5s.To be frank we even doubt this is a phone built with a camera or a camera built with a phone Other than the camera what tempts the user is the great hardware, powerful messenger, office skill and the name NOKIA.

Let’s go to the design aspect of the phone. The phone is built with the polycarbide body which gives a premium look to the phone. The top has the micro sim slot and the head phone slot and the bottom has the micro USB slot and the speaker. The user won’t feel the bulge in the back with the Lumia 1020 as in the Nokia 808. The camera, the xenon flash and LED protrudes out from the back so that it will never lie flat.  This camera design and its edges resemble of its other siblings the Lumia 920 and 820. The size of this mobile is bit more that, for holding it perfectly in one hand is impossible unless you are a giant. Clear Black AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 gives the user a clear and pure viewing experience even at bright sunlight

Along with the beautiful camera the mobile also has the Nokia Pro cam which helps in adjustment of the camera settings including exposure, shutter speed, white balance, and focus. But this software lags a bit while saving your pic and so we suggest better you go for the inbuilt camera software. And if you have your time to set the camera and save the pic then we recommend to go for the Nokia Pro cam as no other smartphone will give you that much details in pics. The xenon flash are worth mentioning and can give you a better lighting that any other in market.

The Nokia Lumia 1020 lacks the most is the apps and the accessories needed for it. Being the windows phone, the apps are not that much readily available compares to the iPhone or the Android. If you search for the accessories also, the options you will get will be minimal compared to the others. The windows phone also lacks the features of the software which they offer to the Android and IOS which is pretty concern.

As the Nokia is famous for the stability of its software, like its siblings the Nokia 1020 also excels in the stability and it will never let the user down with the lag or crashes. The phone comes with the 32GB internal storage, but considering the fact that it produce large size pics, it would have been better if they provide an expandable storage.

As every one may want to know about the battery it may give, it will give a 12 hour battery backup even if the 3G is on and if you are going to use the flash and the camera for some clicks, it may drain off the battery sooner that you might expect

If you are looking for a camera with a phone option then this could be a best option for you. And iPhone 5S is in market which successfully rivals with the Lumia 1020 in many fields. If you are ready to spend 50000 on a smart phone then I would suggest you go for the iPhone 5s. If you are looking for the Windows phone then go for the Lumia 920 which is a smart move.
